 Jadis was born from the know-how of yesteryear and has stood the test of time to become a great wine of today. 
The woodworking on this wine brings a beautiful aromatic palette.
 Grape varieties: Braucol, Syrah Nature of the Soil: Gravel and gravelly clay Yield: 40 hl / hectare Age of vines: Between 20 and 25 years Vinification: Harvest at maturity. 
Regulated fermentation, and maceration under marc for one month. 
Breeding and aging in barrels for 12 months, no filtration.
 Keeping: 8 to 12 years Serving temperature: 16 to 18°C Tasting: Ruby color with purple highlights. 
Very fine nose, with smoky and roasted tones, which coat aromas of red fruit, undergrowth, spices and liquorice. 
Structured mouth of great complexity. 
The wood is present but very quickly melts to reveal more elaborate flavors.
 Accompaniment: It goes well with structured dishes, accompanied by sauce or spices. 
It can also be enjoyed with good cheeses.
