As passionate winemakers, we control every step of the vine-to-wine cycle, respecting biodiversity and demanding quality. Located in Pougny (58200), between the Loire nature reserve and the Portes du Morvan, our 18-hectare family estate benefits from an exceptional terroir.
The Freshness of Sauvignon and the Finesse of Pinot Noir
Thanks to the richness of our terroir, we cultivate Sauvignon and Pinot Noir with passion, which we produce in two Protected Designations of Origin: the AOP Pouilly-Fumé and the AOP Coteaux du Giennois, as well as the IGP Val de Loire. We also produce a crème de cassis renowned for its quality, and have selected a Sancerre AOP vintage to complete our range.
Environmental Commitment and Organic Farming
Protecting our terroir is at the heart of our approach. We practice respectful and balanced organic farming: organic soil amendment, plant cover and frequent weeding. Our vines receive careful natural care, and we maintain impeccable hygiene in the cellar, thus limiting the addition of sulfur to preserve the purity of our wines.
