Domaine Cauhapé was created in 1980 by Henri Ramonteu, independent and self-taught winegrower. Considered today as an essential reference of the Jurançon appellation, the estate covers 54 hectares.
Located in the town of Monein near Pau, the estate produces great dry and sweet wines from rare grape varieties from the South-West.
Refinement and aromatic expression are the two pillars that define Cauhapé wines. Henri Ramonteu signs wines with flavors and a unique personality.
The vines are planted on clay-siliceous hillsides facing the Pyrenees and managed according to the principles of sustainable agriculture certified by the HVE label.
