TASTING: A nose of just crushed grapes, rose, lavender, fresh almonds and grapefruit. The mouth is ample and supple. The finish remains mineral and long on peach and citrus. AGREEMENTS: Grilled cuttlefish a la placha with chorizo or roasted lobster with lemon butter and tarragon.
