Harvesting grapes of exceptional quality is the basis of our production philosophy, it is also our know-how as a WINEMAKER. We have been cultivating our vines, breeding our wines and marketing them ourselves for 8 generations in LANGUEDOC.
Located on the foothills of the Montagne Noire in the upper Minervois, our vines take root in clay-limestone soil between 80 and 350 m above sea level. The hillsides are surrounded by scrubland, juniper trees, thyme, holm oaks, wild lavender, almond trees and olive trees. The plots are tempered by the crisp mountain air.

COUDOULET is a historic stony plot of the estate. It is located near the mill in the village of Cesseras. In Occitan, “coudoul-et” is a “small pebble”. The wines are precise, distinctive and fresh, a Cinsault from yesteryear, an altitude Syrah, an essential Viognier, and an addictive Pinot Noir.
“OURNAC FRÈRES” was the name of the 5th generation Ournac wine merchant in the 1900s. Henri and Camille exercised their talents as caricaturists in Toulouse political newspapers, we have diverted their satires to dress our bottles. Today it is a bit like the laboratory of the 8th generation with limited edition wines, rare grape varieties, vinification with native yeasts.
It is in the ancient ramparts of CHÂTEAU CESSERAS that we raise the Olric vintage - AOP Minervois - and our Cru La Livinière - 1st communal appellation of Languedoc-.
