Le Frétilleur - Bubbles - Brut Nature

Bubbles obtained by traditional method, undosed (raw nature). Blanc de Blancs, verdejo grape variety. Élifting for 10 months in vats then one year on slats, disgorging in May 2024. The nose is floral, on the palate the bubbles are fine, the palate is delicately fruity with a touch of body, the finish is tangy with lovely bitterness. A vinous bubble, created for the table. Le Frétilleur was the name of a Toulouse political newspaper in the years 1900-1930 where our grandfather Henri and his brother Camille drew caricatures. The design of the label is a nod to our vintage “les poiscailles”, a dry white 100% verdejo (Mediterranean grape variety). 12% Alc by VOL. / Sparkling wine / Sparkling wine from France
