Atypical grape variety: 100% Verdejo grown in Languedoc. It is a Mediterranean variety, originally from Spain. We introduced it to the south of France for its organoleptic qualities, including its ability to retain acidity in dry summers. This verdejo allows us to adapt our vineyard to climate change. Production: Limited to 6,000 bottles Vinification: Destemmed harvest, traditional vinification, aging in stainless steel vats on lees. Tasting: Yellow color with green reflections. The nose is mineral. The palate is precise with delicate notes of citrus and fragrant herbs. The finish is lively with aromas of fresh pear. A refreshing and energizing wine! The label takes up the codes of the political newspapers of 1900 where our great-great-grandfather and his brother exercised their talents as caricaturists in Toulouse. 13.5% ALC by VOL / Dry white wine / Vin de France
