The Domaine de Cabrol is located in Languedoc, on the southern slope of the Montagne Noire, on a balcony above the Aude valley through which the Mediterranean and Atlantic climates communicate.
The estate enjoys a rich biodiversity, where wildlife evolves in a landscape shaped by scrubland and woods and where vines rub shoulders with holm oaks, pines, olive trees, almond trees and wild thyme.
Cultivated in this raw nature, the estate's vines are cultivated on plots on hillsides and clay-limestone terraces. Essential to our terroir, the altitude (350 meters) brings freshness and elegance to our wines.
It is a family estate, a pioneer in the qualitative renewal of Languedoc since the 1980s. Sharing the passion for this unique terroir, each generation brings its talent and energy to highlight and express it in the estate's wines.
