Estate located at the top of a hill east of Visan. Our vines are planted on hillsides and are cultivated organically in order to preserve biodiversity and the terroir: "one of the most expressive terroirs of Visan" for the Oenogeologist Georges TRUC. Artisan-winemaker I try to reveal the expression of the terroir to produce fresh, fruity, elegant wines. This involves maintaining the ecosystem and protecting nature by preserving the forest and hedgerows, grassing, grazing sheep, to promote soil life, controlling yields, manually sorting the harvest, gentle extractions and a long and careful aging in tuns and demi-muids and in vats depending on the cuvées.
