The year of harvest is displayed on the jars and you will not receive honey that is more than 3 years old. All our honeys are unheated, the potting is done with extra-fresh honeys before the start of crystallization in order to ensure the lowest HMF content and preserve the vitality of the product. All our honeys are then stored in cellars under a controlled atmosphere to guarantee their freshness and the longest possible preservation of the aromas, vitamins, minerals and microbiota of the honeys.
