Linden honey and flowers from the Sault plateau

Organic Linden Honey and Wild Flowers from the Plateau de Sault Harvested in the Aude on the large plateau of the Pays de Sault. All our honeys are unheated, the potting is done with extra-fresh honeys before the start of crystallization in order to ensure a low HMF content and preserve the vitality of the product. All our honeys are then stored in a cellar under a controlled atmosphere to guarantee their freshness and the longest possible preservation of the aromas, vitamins, minerals and microbiota of the honeys. The great vintages of honey deserve the care of great wines and the work of the bees deserves the same respect.
