An old saying says that the wine is better when the vine sees the river. The same would be true for potatoes. It is on a strip of land nestled in Margaux, on the edge of the Gironde, that our exceptional potatoes grow. In the middle of the vineyards that produce wines that the whole world admires and tastes.
Here, nature has remained authentic and the climate exceptional. This strip of land having a limited size, Jim's production cannot be extended. This is why our chips are and will remain artisanal. This rarity is also our best guarantee of quality.
