White: Cuvée de l’Hédoniste 2023

Grape varieties: Gros and Petit Manseng picked between November 15 and December 15.

 Characteristics: Fruity wine, with a golden color, great roundness with very particular aromas of honey and candied fruits. ( apple, quince, truffle, apricot, honey, pear, pineapple, etc.) Will keep for 3 to 10 years depending on the vintage. Serve between 12 and 14°C Serve as an aperitif, foie gras, cheese and chocolate desserts.
