- Grape varieties: 80% Cabernet Franc and 20% Merlot. - Vinification: “Rosé de drop”: we only keep the first juice that flows from the press, this allows us to have no tannin, which gives it its great aromatic finesse and elegance. - Characteristics: Fruity, fresh wine, very complex and long-lasting in the mouth with notes of red fruits. Can be drunk young, or aged for up to 3 years, the aromas will then evolve from strawberry to cherry. - Serve between 8 and 10°C - Will be the companion of your aperitifs, your grills, your fish, your cheeses, dessert...
