Installed in the heart of the bocage, on the estate operated by the HAUPAIS family since 1926, Maxime has, since 2013, created his orchard and transformed the old farm into a cider estate. The orchards provide local varieties used for the production of ciders, apple juice, aperitifs and spirits.
