Result of the mutage between clarified cider must and cider brandy, ABC is aged for at least 14 months in oak barrels. Subtle balance between the sugar of the must and the alcohol of the eau de vie, this product grading 17% vol can be enjoyed as an aperitif and goes perfectly with melon or foie gras.
