Halfway between Brut Cider and Sweet Cider, ½ dry Cider is the right compromise between roundness and character. Made from a blend of sweet and bittersweet apples, it contains 4.5% vol and develops fruity, slightly evolved aromas crowned with a hint of bitterness.
