A very famous product in the countryside at the beginning of the 20th century, a forgotten time, the FLIP, name commonly given to Hot Cider, is back in fashion on the Normandy Christmas markets. Sweet cider in which oranges, lemons and spices are macerated, all enhanced with a hint of brandy. To be drunk hot, the FLIP releases scents of cinnamon, atmosphere of the end of the year celebrations.
