Vineyard located in the plain in Lavaur in the Tarn. The estate covers 38 hectares of vines within the framework of sustainable cultivation (HVE certified since 2016) and conversion to organic farming since July 2020. The estate will be fully organic certified in 2023.
Pharmacist Pierre Fabre, attached to his native land, created the estate in 1989.
Today, Lionel Barre, a trained winemaker and oenologist, develops 5 red grape varieties and 3 white grape varieties, paying particular attention to the vines and the environment.
