It is from father to son that the know-how has been transmitted over the years. Since 2012, Ludovic has been based at a place called Fierbois in Vaudelnay to design his wines with his team. Defender of a sustainable culture and respect for the environment, his general idea is to encourage respect for good environmental practices and to encourage the protection of nature in the project of passing the torch to Robin, his son, who is already a great enthusiast of viticulture. Our production has now been labeled HVE (High Environmental Value) level 3 since December 2020.
