The Domaine des Bernardins is a family and historical domain of the Beaumes-de-Venise appellation: a village located in the south of the Rhône valley, near Avignon, at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail. At the beginning of the 19th century, the estate then owned by the Bernardins monks became a wine estate, since then six generations of winegrowers have succeeded.
We cultivate 9 grape varieties out of 25 hectares of vines but we devote the vast majority of our plots to the emblematic cultivation of Muscat petits grains, which is used to make our natural sweet wine: Muscat de Beaumes de Venise.
Our wines reflect our terroir and the work of men in the vines and during winemaking.
We are convinced that you cannot make great wines without great grapes.
