Farm established in 1995 on the family property in Savigny en Véron.
Enter the Chinon terroir, more precisely at the Confluence of the Loire and the Vienne where our Cabernet Franc grape variety "known as Breton" takes root between sand and gravel and finds deep in the "galuche". It benefits from a temperate climate with soil that allows water to penetrate and warms up in the first rays of the sun.
In order to protect what nature provides us, we have been maintaining the soil mechanically for several years and carrying out approved BIO treatments to preserve our environment.
After all these months of work, pruning and removing wood, bending canes, removing suckers, leaf removal, trimming, soil maintenance and vine treatment, here is the harvest period, the most intense moment of the year.
All the grapes are hand-picked to ensure quality. Our winemaking process remains simple and natural, with fermentations monitored in stainless steel tanks. The "old vine" will then spend several months in oak barrels to soften its stronger tannins.
