Belonging to the Lambert family, the Domaine des Pasquiers is an 87-hectare vineyard that covers several appellations: Côtes du Rhône Villages Sablet, Côtes du Rhône Villages Plan de Dieu, Gigondas.
Since 1935, four generations have succeeded each other on the estate. It is the two brothers Jean-Claude, Philippe and his children who currently manage the estate.
Complementary and accomplices, they share the same commitment: respect for the vine and respect for the fruit. Uncompromising work, a constant quest for the absolute with the sole objective of finding in each glass the expression of this generous terroir.
It is this passion for their vines that led the Lambert family, after a reasoned management of the vineyard, to convert the entire vineyard to organic farming since 2010.
