AOP Côtes du Rhône villages Plan de Dieu, Cuvée L’envy, red, 2016

At the heart of the Côtes du Rhone Villages Plan de Dieu appellation, Envy is a wine that is resolutely unique. Very low yields on selected plots of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. The grape varieties will then be vinified separately throughout a long vatting process for in-depth extraction. An elegant aging in Bordeaux barrels completes this discretely wooded cuvée.
