AOP Côtes du Rhône villages Sablet, red, 2023

On the slopes of Sablet, the vineyard, 40 years old on average, produces low yields as for the rest of the estate. This therefore guarantees a beautiful aromatic concentration of the berries. This Côtes du Rhône villages Sablet is made from a majority of Grenache for the fruit, to which are added, on the one hand, the spices of Syrah and, on the other hand, the depth of Mourvèdre.
