This wine is a 100% Mourvèdre single varietal cuvée. For this cuvée, the vinification is traditional, the vatting lasts 15 to 20 days and then aging in barrels for 12 months. This single-varietal cuvée allows you to discover the expression of a single grape variety without blending. For this wine with a deep color, we feel aromas of black fruits, figs, eucalyptus and pepper on the nose.
