After 10 years at the direction of Gault Millau, Patricia Alexandre created with Georges Antoun, hotel president New Hotel, the estate in 2012 by taking over 28 hectares of vines in AOP Ventoux, IGP Méditerranée between Gordes and L'Isle-sur-la- Sorgue.
