Domaine des Terres Rouges supports the pickle industry in France and offers its customers from the beginning of November 2021, French and organic pickles. These pickles are grown in France and carefully picked by hand, before being quickly bottled. They are prepared fresh according to a sweet and sour recipe, which balances vinegar and sugar. To give a subtlety to this mixture, a touch of dill and white onions are added. Firm and crunchy, they can be enjoyed in your salads, burgers, sandwiches and with your charcuterie platters.
