Organic Ripe Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil is light and fruity. Domaine des Terres Rouges has partnered with a producer in Portugal to offer you two superior quality organic olive oils. The olives are picked by hand starting in December when they are fully ripe and pressed quickly after harvest with only two extraction phases. The ripe fruity taste is balanced, with hints of ripe fruit and a long dry fruit finish. It is used raw to season raw vegetables, pasta, meat and fish as well as for cooking. 50cl
