Balsamic Honey Mustard is a natural, sweet and fragrant mustard. Its recipe is healthy and transparent, it contains no sulphites or other additives. It is made with mustard seeds grown exclusively in France in partnership with farmers and prepared with a stone mill in our workshops. The sweet mustard is enhanced by the sweet notes of floral honey and a hint of IGP balsamic vinegar from Modena, aged in wooden barrels using the traditional method.
