This artisanal production avoids the heating of the seeds and preserves their flavors. Mustard seeds are grown in France, mainly locally in Alsace by our partner farmers. Without additives, colorings or preservatives, our sweet mustard is made only with ingredients of natural origin. Horseradish roots are grown in Alsace and sorted and cut by hand.
