Rosé - Beaujolais

The hand-picked grapes are directly pressed. The resulting juice is then fermented. We attach great importance to color, which requires choosing the right grapes. The color is salmon pink. On the nose, there are aromas of strawberry and raspberry. In the mouth, we find a greedy fruit and a nice freshness. Labeled HVE3 Serve at 8°C. Keeping time: 1 to 2 years
