Domaine du Chat Blanc is, above all, a family adventure led by the Chatal family since 2018. On 4 hectares cultivated using organic farming methods at the foot of Mont Ventoux, we carefully grow our Syrah and Grenache vines, respecting nature and the rhythm of the seasons.
The vines flourish in harmony with their environment, giving birth to sincere, lively wines deeply rooted in their terroir.
