Château Beauvallon is located on plots on the edge of the Gers, one step and we are in the Lot et Garonne, in Saint Pé Saint Simon, renowned for its 12th century fortified church, a jewel of medieval art. 

We are in Ténarèze, lands of clay and limestone which give our Armagnac all the power and texture worthy of great expression wines.

 The production of our Armagnac is made in the pure Gascon tradition so dear to our elders. 

The distillation is carried out in an Armagnac still, heated with wood, as the Gascon “boilers” have always done. 

The translucent brandy is then placed to age in oak barrels. 

It will then wait patiently, taking on a beautiful amber hue over the years and exalting its aromas of vanilla, nuts and apricot.
