All-flower honey from Pountet (300g jar.) 

In 2019, the Domaine welcomed two swarms of black bees to contribute to the continuity of balance in the vineyard and surrounding areas. 

In the summer of 2020, a wild swarm settled on a vineyard post. 

We installed it in a hive, monitored it and let it grow, providing it with care and protection. 

Today we have 3 hives in production.     We harvest honey twice a year, in June and August, and let the bees enjoy the rest of the year. 

Our honey comes from several sources: in spring, the plum trees of our orchard, the black bush, the laurine, the dandelion and the hawthorn, at the end of summer comes the turn of the acacia, the chestnut, the linden, white clover... but we prefer, just as we do for our grapes, to make a blend of these honeydews in order to offer a delicious and fragrant honey, with its own olfactory identity.
