IGP Côtes de Gascogne Pressed rosé Blend: Merlot and Malbec This is a pressed rosé, made mainly from Merlot and Malbec grape varieties. The wine has a pretty deep pink color. The nose delivers pleasant aromas of cherry and English candy. The palate is nervous and fresh, with perfect clarity. Plaisir d’Eté is drunk chilled between 8 and 10° and should be enjoyed within the year following the vintage. Tasting Deep pink color. Very aromatic wine with a “English candy and cherry” nose. Refreshing on the palate. It’s a real “Summer Pleasure”.
