Red wine with 50% old Carignans, 40% Syrah and 10% Grenache. on clay-limestone soils, in a Mediterranean climate. Exclusively manual harvest. I found this wine ideal for a meal based on spicy dishes, grilled beef, or even stew in wine sauce. It is an aromatic wine with melted tannins and beautiful aromas of red fruits such as cherries, a certain presence in the mouth makes it a full-bodied wine, and a good length. I advise you to let it rest before tasting it, even a little chilled to appreciate its robust structure.
