Winegrowers for more than 300 years, the descendants of the Floutier family produce varietal wines and remarkable blended vintages in Protected Geographical Indication Pays d'Oc, Cévennes and Protected Designation of Origin Duchy of Uzès.
The vineyard is located in two very distinct communes: Savignargues and Aigremont. No fewer than thirteen different grape varieties are grown at the Grand-Chemin estate. Among which: Syrah, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Grenache Gris, Cinsault, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Viognier…

Concerned with preserving the environment and the health of its employees, the winemaker has been committed to sustainable agriculture for many years. The estate has been ISO 14001 certified via the Terr'Avenir Languedoc-Roussillon association since April 2012.
We preserve the richness of our terroir by also being HVE (High Environmental Value, Level 3) certified since 2019. Planet émeraude is the trademark registered by Grand-Chemin and perfectly represents our values and implications.
Our Objectives: Reduce herbicide inputs by returning to tillage / Grassing of plot edges to limit runoff of products into water / Bring equipment and premises up to standard / Better management of solid and liquid waste.
