Bottling, foaming and aging for 15 months before shipping. Tasting: Fine bubbles, pale yellow gold color. Nose and mouth with aromas of small white flowers of pear and apricot. Alcoholic strength: 6.5% vol Service temperature: 8° / 12°C Keep: Drink now, it will keep for 1 to 2 years. Thanks to a reverse osmosis dealcoholization technique and low temperature distillation, we have preserved all the richness of the aromas, thus allowing the development of a range structured at 6.5°.
