Côtes du Rhône rosée "Estivale Rosée" organic

Côtes du Rhône rosé - Organic wine Atypical blend of 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% Viognier for aperitifs and meals. ¤ Light colour, tinged with orange reflections. ¤ Very aromatic nose with a dominance of exotic fruit, blackberry. ¤ Long persistence of aromas accompanied by a beautiful smoothness and liveliness. Fine wine. The grapes are harvested at first light in order to preserve all their freshness. They are then lightly pressed using a pneumatic press. Fermentation at low temperature lasts about twenty days.
