Côtes du Rhône red - Organic wine Fruity red wine with a flattering attack, to be served chilled as an aperitif, then brought to room temperature to discover its full aromatic palette. Blend of Grenache (50%), Carignan (30%), Syrah (15%) and Mourvèdre (5%). Shimmering garnet color. Explosion of aromas of small red fruits: raspberry, currant and cinnamon. Persistent aromas and finish with notes of blackcurrant and silky tannins. Vatting for 14 days, 3 pumping overs per day and 2 rackings mid-fermentation. Soft pressing.
