The Lalaurie estate is based on ten generations of winegrowers.
The Domaine Lalaurie vineyard extends over 52 ha around the town of Ouveillan, north of Narbonne.
The harvest is mechanical or manual, carried out at full maturity.
We pay particular attention to the quality of the grapes we harvest, and thanks to a dry and windy climate our vines are rarely treated.
Regular tillage also improves the health of our plots.
This is why we have undertaken to be audited by a certified organization with a view to being HVE certified in 2020. ( High Environmental Value).
Domaine Lalaurie offers you the Alliance range which consists of a red, a white and a rosé in order to vary the pleasures.
