Domaine Le Passelys is a family estate anchored in the heart of the Cahors appellation for more than 8 generations. Located on the most prestigious terroir of the appellation, the estate has always wanted to produce elegant and authentic wines. The BAUDEL family wishes to keep a domain on a human scale in order to be able to work at best each of the cuvées by providing maximum care. Respect for the environment is one of the main concerns of the estate, which is why we are proud to be pioneers in the planting of "naturally resistant grape varieties".
