Cuvée COLIBRI ROUGE

This cuvée was created from 2 grape varieties resulting from agronomic research allowing us to eliminate 95 to 100% of the treatments used in Organic Agriculture, "Cabernet Cortis" and "Prior". The harvest is totally manual in order to guarantee the choice of berries as much as possible. The alcoholic fermentation at low temperature allows the preservation of the aromas and will bring a nice freshness. A fresh & gourmet wine. It can be served lightly chilled as an aperitif.
