Cuvée "Among Friends"

This cuvée is the story of the moment of sharing and conviviality. For a weekend, the Baudel family and their friends get together to hand-harvest the grapes from a plot conducted in Organic Farming, located on the 3rd terraces, an exceptional terroir of the Cahors appellation. The vinification is done by respecting the same philosophy, we want to denature the grapes harvested manually as little as possible, in order to allow the natural potential of these berries to express themselves.
