TRADITION vintage

From vines over 20 years old, it is made from a blend of two grape varieties, Malbec and Merlot. Anxious to preserve the environment, the Passelys vines are organically farmed. The vinification lasts 15 to 20 days, which allows the best aromas to be extracted and the full roundness of this wine to be developed.
