Our estate is located on the Lance mountain at an altitude of 500m in Roche Saint Secret in Drôme Provençale.
We produce extra virgin olive oil under the Organic Huile d'Olive de Nyons appellation and organic green fruity extra virgin olive oil.
We cultivate 1,300 olive trees of the Tanche (AOP Huile d'olive de Nyons), Aglandau, Rougette de l'Ardêche, and Olivière varieties.
In addition to olive trees, we also grow lavender and thujanol thyme for essential oils.
All our plantations are certified organic.
