Very aromatic bouquet with notes of citrus and pear which offers great freshness on the palate. 

A real delight with shellfish, smoked fish or poultry. Grape varieties Rolle 80%, Grenache Blanc 10%, Maccabeu 10% Dress Beautiful crystal clear pale gold dress.   Tasting notes The palate is fresh with aromas of pear, enhanced by a refreshing citrus finish.   Food pairings Bouillabaisse, scallops with sorrel, clams, razor clams and sea snails, bouride, frog legs casserole, Nordic plate.   Tasting advice It is best enjoyed chilled (11-13°C) and can be drunk within 3 years.   A Corbières full of liveliness! 

A rare vintage of 1500 bottles! This wine is composed of 3 centuries-old grape varieties from Languedoc, Rolle which offers lively and very aromatic white wines and Grenache blanc and Maccabeu which bring structure and fat to the late harvest. 

The latter needs time to express its subtlety, and offer beautiful exotic and flowery notes. The harvest is done by hand, at optimal maturity. 

Fermentation is slow at low and controlled temperature, aging and maturation take place on fine lees until spring before being bottled at the estate by our family.
