It’s the chief aperitif of Languedoc!  Liqueur wine with notes of honey, white flowers and jammy yellow fruits.  Can also be enjoyed on starters or garnished with sauces and marinades.  Rolle grape varieties, Bourboulenc, Marc de Grape brandy Dress Beautiful golden dress.  Tasting notes The nose offers a very beautiful bouquet of honey and white flowers, the palate is round, silky, with a beautiful length.  The powerful aroma of honey is enhanced by notes of jammy yellow fruits.  Food pairing Delicious as an aperitif on “the rocks”, it can also be enjoyed with starters (melon, foie gras and gingerbread) or used as a base for sauces (pork roast, duck breast).  Tasting advice Drink very chilled (8-10°C).  Keeping: 15 years.  The Languedoc aperitif!  This Liqueur wine is the result of a clever alchemy between traditional Grape Marc Eau de Vie and grape musts from 2 grape varieties of the property, Rolle and Bourboulenc.  The must is obtained after hand harvesting from slightly overripe grapes, the Eau de Vie is local and selected by us for its richness and aromatic compatibility.  The mistelle obtained is bottled by our family after light filtration from 12 months and then as it evolves.
