It’s the chief aperitif of Languedoc!  Liqueur wine with notes of raspberry, cherries and caramelized prunes.  Can also be enjoyed on a duck breast, or a dessert, it likes to accompany chocolate!  Grape varieties Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Marc de Grape Brandy Color Beautiful thick and deep ruby ​​color.  Tasting notes A complex nose with notes of raspberry and cherry stones, slightly camphorous.  The palate is supple, fond of aromas of cherry clafoutis and caramelized prunes.  Food pairing Delicious as an aperitif or dessert wine, it will accompany a duck breast as well as it will enhance a square of chocolate.  Tasting advice Drink very chilled (8-10°C).  Keeping: 15 years.  The Languedoc aperitif!  This Liqueur wine is the result of a clever alchemy between traditional Grape Marc Eau de Vie and grape musts from 3 grape varieties of the property, Grenache, Carignan and Syrah.  The musts are obtained at the harvest, the Eau de Vie is local and selected by us for its richness and aromatic compatibility.  The mistelle obtained is bottled by our family after light filtration from 12 months and then as it evolves.
